Thndr’s stock market simulator is a virtual trading environment that is a replica of what is happening in the Egyptian Stock Market. Here users can choose stocks, put in orders and track their stocks’ performance using virtual funds. This means they don’t use any real money. Users toggle the virtual account on and then they can use virtual funds to trade on the simulator.

For beginners, trading on the simulator is a great way to learn as well as become more familiar with the app. For more experienced investors, the simulator lets them try different investment strategies and compare performance without risking any real money.

What are Virtual Funds?

You can think of virtual funds as “pretend money” that you can use to purchase virtual stocks, so you’re not spending any actual money when making trades on the simulator. When you open a virtual trading account on the simulator you will receive 100,000 EGP in virtual funds to start trading.
