To fund your account, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Wallet tab in the menu at the bottom
2. Click on Top Up (+)
3. Choose the currency you will fund your account with [EGP]

Choose the funding method you would like to use:

• Bank Transfers & Cash Deposits
• Instapay
• Vodafone Cash
• E-Payment Providers (Fawry)

Bank Transfers & Cash Deposits

Cash Deposit:

1. Head to the nearest CIB branch (you will not be able to deposit into a CIB ATM)
2. Once you click on the cash deposit option you will see our bank details
3. After you've made the cash deposit at the bank, click on Confirm 
4. Enter your deposit amount, deposit date, and the receipt number
5. Make sure you upload a copy of the deposit slip

Wire Transfer:

• Visit your bank and make a transfer to Thndr's bank account OR
• Make a transfer from your online banking app to Thndr's bank account

After you've made the transfer, please make sure to confirm the transaction on the Thndr app by following these steps:

1. Once you click on wire transfer, you'll be able to see our bank details
2. After you've made your transfer, click on Confirm 
3. Enter your transfer amount, and transfer date 
4. Please make sure to add the Reference in your transfer  

All fund in requests will be processed within 3 working day of being received in our bank account.
