When selling stocks, there are 3 settlement types T+0, T+1, T+2

  • T0 stocks are stocks you bought on the same day you are selling.
  • T1 stocks are stocks you bought and kept for 1 day before selling.
  • T2 stocks are stocks you have held for at least 2 days before selling.

All stock sale orders undergo settlement by Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR). This process takes 2 business days when selling T1 and T2 stocks.

When selling T0 stocks (selling on the same day as buying) the MCDR settlement happens on the same day.

Once this settlement takes place, the money is transferred to Thndr and becomes your settled cash/available amount in your wallet.
